STUDENT FINANCE
Student Finance England provides two types of loans:
- Tuition fee loan: this is paid directly to your university
- Maintenance loan: to help you with living costs: the amount you receive is based on your household income.
Grants, Bursaries and Scholarships
- These can come from the Government, specific universities or other organisations, and do not need to be repaid.
- They may be available to you, depending on the course you apply for and/or your personal circumstances.
Applying Online For Student Finance
- Applications open in February and close in May
- You’ll need to submit evidence and sign a declaration form
- Once enrolled at university, funds will be in your account within 3-5 working days
