A brief introduction to the Centre and food sector careers, followed by activities on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the importance of handwashing for food safety.  Students will be taken to see the research lab and will learn about how food engineering is contributing to sustainable and healthy food. 

This session is suitable for Y9-Y11 students
